Mr. James Fearn

James Fearn's agency career spans over 20 years, taking in 8 different agencies, 3 holding companies, 4 countries and countless brands. He started in the UK, spending his early years working in multi-client roles before taking on bigger brands such as BSkyB, Honda and Oracle. There followed a move to Sydney, Australia where James lead planning for Nestle before taking on leadership of the full portfolio of News Ltd brands in the market - both print and digital. In early 2024, James made the move to Ho Chi Minh City to lead the Unilever business in Vietnam. Since the start 2025, he has taken on leadership of Mindshare alongside a broader GroupM growth remit.
